Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 whole Red chili peppers
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

Finely mince the garlic and slice the red chili peppers. Adjust the amount of chili for your preferred level of spiciness.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water to create the stir-fry sauce. Set aside.

Step 4

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Add the minced garlic and sliced chili peppers to the hot oil and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
