  • 14.5 ounces Canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 8 ounces Uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil (for cooking)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil.

Step 2

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it into smaller pieces, until browned and fully cooked. Remove excess grease if necessary.
