  • 250 milliliters beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 800 grams potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 50 grams butter
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, and celery, cooking for 5-7 minutes until softened.
