Ingredients

  • 8 slices Fresh tomato slices
  • 4 tablespoons Honey mustard dressing (low-fat)
  • 4 slices Red onion slices

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator for better flavor.
