  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 Egg roll wrappers
  • 0 Olive oil spray
  • 0.5 cup Avocado ranch or a light dipping sauce (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set an air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, spinach, black beans, corn, cheese, green onions, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
