  • 15 ounces Canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Raw almonds
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until it turns translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic, and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
