  • 8 cups corn tortilla chips
  • 2 cups red enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup sliced green onions
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 whole diced avocado
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir to season the chicken.
