  • 400 grams Crushed tomatoes
  • 250 milliliters Chicken broth

  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chorizo and smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas and white beans. Set aside.

Peel and finely chop the yellow onion. Mince the garlic cloves.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
