Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) Canned chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Chickpea liquid (Aquafaba, optional)

Directions

Step 1

1. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the chickpea liquid (aquafaba) if you’d like a slightly airier dip.

2. Peel the garlic cloves and roughly chop them.

3. In a food processor or blender, combine the chickpeas, fresh rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, salt, and black pepper.

4. Blend the ingredients together while slowly adding the water (and reserved chickpea liquid, if using) until the dip reaches your desired creamy consistency.
