Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly under cold water. Spread them out on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry, removing as much moisture as possible.
