  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on

  • 1 medium White onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces Cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
