Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for salsa)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper (for salsa)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder evenly on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
