  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 14-ounce can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
