Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.75 cup Feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear each side for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
