  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
