  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 stalks, chopped Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
