  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should read 165°F). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
