  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Cremini mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Zest of lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper. Lightly dredge them in flour, shaking off the excess.
