  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
