  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
