  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
