  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 0.25 cups Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and steam for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender and bright green. Remove the broccoli and set aside.
