Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 3 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and the chicken strips. Mix well and set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the broccoli by washing it thoroughly and cutting it into bite-sized florets.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, water, honey, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined and set aside.
