  • 1 cup Chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
