  • 1 14-ounce can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 whole lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
