  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Baby carrots
  • 1.5 cups Baby potatoes
  • 1 cup Green beans, trimmed

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season them with salt and black pepper.

Layer the baby carrots, baby potatoes, and green beans on top of the chicken.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
