  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 piece lemon, juiced

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pot. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until lightly browned. Remove the chicken and set aside.
