Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 0.5 cup Carrot, diced
  • 0.5 cup Broccoli florets, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.25 cup Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 0.75 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Roll out the pre-made pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trim any excess crust hanging over the edges. Using a fork, gently prick the base of the crust to prevent puffing during baking.

Step 3

Place the pie crust in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and sauté the diced carrot, chopped broccoli, red bell pepper, and onion for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly tender. Remove from heat and let cool.
