  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Start by seasoning the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
