Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless chicken thighs
  • 120 ml Plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 8 pieces Tomato slices
  • 8 pieces Onion slices
  • 50 grams Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 piece Green chili
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.

Step 2

Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight for better flavor).

Step 3

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and brush it with vegetable oil.

Cook the marinated chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove and set aside to rest.

To make the yogurt sauce, blend the mayonnaise, fresh coriander leaves, green chili, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Repeat the process for the remaining burgers. Serve immediately and enjoy!
