  • 4 pieces Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 piece Jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (for salsa)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for salsa)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
