Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Diced avocado
  • 1 cup Tortilla strips or crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and coat them evenly with taco seasoning.
