Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning

  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup Corn (frozen or canned, drained if canned)
  • 1 medium Onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0 Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, chopped cilantro
  • 10 medium Taco shells or tortillas

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.

Step 2

Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.

Step 3

Add the diced tomatoes (with their juices), chicken broth, black beans, corn, diced onion, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
