  • 0.5 cups dry white wine
  • 0.75 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Dredge the chicken breasts lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter has melted and begins to foam.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
