  • 2 pieces Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 150 grams Fresh spinach leaves
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 20 grams Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Dice the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
