Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cups Fresh spinach
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups Grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown but not fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
