  • 1.5 cups Smoked Gouda, shredded

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper, then sear them in the pot for 3-4 minutes per side until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
