  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0 Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
