  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 Slider buns
  • 8 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overmix to maintain tenderness.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 8 equally-sized portions and shape each into a patty about the size of your slider buns.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, place the chicken patties in the skillet.

Cook the patties for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
