  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 8 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless chicken breast into 1.5-inch cubes.

Step 2

Chop the green, red, and yellow bell peppers into squares similar in size to the chicken pieces.

Cut the onion into squares about the same size as the bell peppers.
