  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 4 links Italian sausage

  • 0.25 cups all-purpose flour

  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 6 cherry peppers in vinegar, sliced
  • 0.5 cups white wine
  • 1 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Dredge the chicken thighs lightly in the flour, shaking off excess.

Step 4

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs, skin side down, until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 3 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
