Ingredients

  • 4 links chicken sausage
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken sausage into bite-sized rounds and set aside.

Step 2

Thinly slice the red and yellow bell peppers. Peel and julienne the carrot. Chop the broccoli florets into smaller pieces if needed. Thinly slice the onion. Mince the garlic.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the stir fry sauce. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
