  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 12 pieces Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning while cooking.

Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, ground coriander, and ground turmeric to create the marinade.
