  • 1 small, sliced into 12 rounds Baguette
  • 4 ounces, softened Chevre (goat cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cups Spring mix or arugula

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved red grapes, and sliced green onions.
