  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Green onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, combine the water, unsalted butter, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Heat over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture comes to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, add the all-purpose flour, and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan. This will take about 2 minutes.

Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
