  • 2 cups Spinach

  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian herbs
  • 8 pieces Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs.
