  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 medium Cucumber (diced)
  • 0.5 medium Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
