  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
