  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Lightly dredge in flour, shaking off any excess.
