Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.

Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and fully cooked. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
